Obtaining Copies of Planning & Building Consents

Where such Regulatory Consents are required, but have not been previously granted, PECS+ can often arrange for the necessary retrospective applications/letters of comfort to be submitted/obtained on your behalf.  At PECS+, our team have the experience of working with all Scottish Local Authorities.

The timescales for obtaining retrospective copies of historical Planning Consents, Building Warrants and Completion Certificates will vary on a case by case basis.  Provision of bespoke Planning History Reports will depend upon your specific requirements.

Similarly, the timescales for preparing, submitting and obtaining any Regulatory Consents will also vary on a case by case basis.

There are normally administration fees charged by the Local Authorities to obtain historical copies of Planning Consents, Building Warrant approvals as well as fees in relation to applications for Regulatory Consents.

Dependant on the circumstances, there can be the need for specialist architectural, structural and input from other trades to prepare applications for consideration by Local Authorities.
